Welcome Home Baby First Consultation
$220 120min
Our Welcome Home Baby First Consultation is designed to give you calm, confident support during the earliest days of your feeding journey. This 2 hour visit provides gentle, guidance that’s baby led for you and your baby, right in the comfort of your home. What to Expect During your visit, Hayley your lactation consultant will provide personalised and evidence-based care, including: A full assessment of your feeding history, birth history, and current concerns Observation of an entire feed with step-by-step support Assistance with latch, positioning, attachment, and comfort Review of baby’s feeding cues, suck and swallow, and overall milk transfer Guidance on nipple pain, engorgement, and maternal breast comfort Education tailored to your needs—expressing, pumping, mixed feeding, paced bottle feeding, and more Monitoring of your baby’s weight A personalised feeding plan that mirrors your goals, to support you over the next 48 hours will be provided via email Recommendations for follow-up care where needed Telephone call follow up in one weeks time. A week of whats app support, where you can message to have a questions answered. This package includes and email confirmation, client intake from sent via email. To be completed before we meet. Perfect For New parents in the first days or weeks postpartum who want reassurance, clarity, and tailored support during the transition to feeding at home. Family Members or Friends who wish to gift a unique and supportive gesture towards the family on their journey into parenthood. My Approach: I provide compassionate, practical care to help you feel supported, informed, and empowered—so feeding becomes a positive and connected experience for both you and your baby. Additional time exceeding the initial 90 minute consultation will incur a $170 p/hour fee.

Postnatal follow up Consultation

Our 60-minute Follow-Up Postnatal Consultation is designed to continue supporting you as your feeding journey evolves. This session focuses on reviewing progress, addressing new concerns, and refining your feeding plan to help you and your baby feel confident and supported. What’s Included: -During this visit, Hayley your lactation consultant will provide personalised, evidence-based care, including: -Review of your previous consultation and current feeding progress -Observation of a feed with gentle guidance and troubleshooting -Adjustments to latch, positioning, attachment, and maternal comfort -Ongoing assessment of baby’s feeding behaviour, milk transfer, and weight (if applicable) -Support for common challenges such as nipple pain, engorgement, low supply, oversupply, bottle refusal, mixed feeding, pumping, or introducing bottles -Updated feeding plan tailored to your current goals and baby’s needs -Education and reassurance as your baby grows and feeding patterns change -Recommendations for any further follow-up or community supports Perfect For: -Families who have already completed an initial lactation visit and would like continued support, reassurance, or help with evolving feeding needs. Antenatal Lactation Consultation

Our 90-minute Antenatal Consultation is designed to help you feel informed, confident, and prepared before your baby arrives. This session provides personalised education, practical guidance, and evidence-based preparation for a smooth and supported feeding start. Our Pump Education Session is designed to help you feel confident, comfortable, and fully informed about expressing breast milk. Whether you’re preparing for returning to work, planning mixed feeding, exclusively pumping, or simply wanting to build a freezer stash, this session gives you the practical skills and personalised guidance you need. Sleep consulting Services

Calmness and Clarity
$250 2hr
Ideal for families struggling with sleep routines or mild sleep disruptions. Guidance tailored to your families unique needs and a plan will be provided. Includes: Includes a two hour consultation in your own home or via zoom/ phone, it is your choice allowing flexibility for families. This will examine current sleep challenges, with support to settle your baby down for a nap. Includes: -Personalised sleep plan tailored to your child’s age, needs, and family lifestyle. Guidance on bedtime routines, normal sleep behaviour and sleep needs for age, and night wakings. -Feeing patterns, the sleep environment, safe sleep practice. -Sleep associations, both positive and negative and settling methods will be discussed In detail. -Follow-up 30-minute check-in zoom or phone call to be used at a time of your choice best within 1-2 weeks for consistency. -Email follow up with a plan and links to helpful websites -Two weeks of access to a What’s app message service. This provides peace of mind for those questions that arise and for that one on one tailored support. Swaddle, Sleep, Soothe

Comprehensive Sleep Transformation Package – For families seeking full support and ongoing guidance Parents experiencing persistent sleep challenges or wanting structured, hands-on support Includes: Comprehensive 3 hour initial consultation in your own home or via zoom/phone. This will provide a full assessment of your child’s sleep, routines, and family schedule. Also includes full guidance with me by your side during a nap time settling with resettles as needed. Includes: -Detailed, step-by-step sleep plan customized for your child and family -Guidance on bedtime routines, normal sleep behaviour and sleep needs for age, night wakings. -Feeing patterns, the sleep environment, safe sleep practice. -Sleep associations, both positive and negative and settling methods will be discussed in detail. -Follow up: Two 30 minute follow up consultations to provide in depth support, answer all your questions and adjust the plan as needed. Ultimate Evening Sleep settling Add on: 3 hours duration in your own home to complete a nighttime settle. Investment $250. Family sleep workshops or group sessions booked on an expression of interest basis, $40 per person, minimum 4 people required, max 8 people. One hour session can be in person or via telehealth. Sessions are birth to 6 months. 6-12 months and 12 months to 2 yrs. Will cover Safe sleep space. Sleep hygiene, awake windows for age, Tired cues, Typical Sleep behaviour and strategies for sleep concerns. Gentle and evidence informed.

Designed for quick, focused support, this phone consultation is ideal for parents needing immediate guidance, reassurance, or answers to breastfeeding, sleep & settling questions without a full in-home or telehealth session. Our phone consultation service offers on the sport guidance for general feeding questions, these may include: -Nipple or breast discomfort -Positioning and latch questions -Feeding frequency or routine guidance -Oversupply, low supply, or pumping questions -Bottle refusal or paced-bottle feeding -Normal newborn behaviour and what to expect -General troubleshooting and reassurance What’s included: -A structured phone call with an IBCLC -Clear, practical advice you can use straight away -Follow-up resources provided, but not a detailed plan Option to book further support if required Perfect for: -Parents seeking quick, accessible help or reassurance during their feeding journey.
